building in a conservation area. Located in a private courtyard, entry
to the cottage is gained via a passageway at the top of the slipway
and, or,a passageway into Fore Street.

fully carpeted room with very old beamed ceilings. The room is filled
with really comfortable armchairs and a sofa. As you would expect,
there is a colour TV, a DVD player and an FM/MW radio with integrated
CD player.

bedroom has a high beamed ceiling and offers views across Salcombe
harbour. The bed is a large and very comfortable double. The main room
is also furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table, bedside
tables and a sofa.

bedroom has a sliding patio door which opens onto the cottage's balcony
which offers views across Salcombe harbour. The beds are arranged as
two 3ft x 6ft 6" singles and a 3ft X 5ft 6".

includes a shower, WC and washbasin. There is a warm air heater a
heated towel rail and a 240v/100v electric shaver point.

The kitchen is spacious and

with 4-ring hotplate and oven , a fridge/freezer, a microwave and a
