The kitchen is spacious and features a built-in washing machine, electric cooker with 4 ring hot plate and oven, a fridge freezer, a microwave and a toaster. The round kitchen table seats 5 people comfortably. |

| The main bedroom has a high beamed ceiling and offers views across Salcombe harbour. The bed is a large and very comfortable double. The main room is also furnished with a built-in wardrobe, a dressing table, bedside tables and a sofa. | |||

| The second bedroom has a sliding patio door which opens onto the cottage's balcony offering views across Salcombe harbour. The beds are arranged as two 3ft x 6ft 6" singles and a 3ft x 5ft 6". | |||

| The Cabin is a studio room of approximately 12ft x 14ft (5.67m x 6.61m) with ceiling following the roof contour to a height of 13ft (6.14m) giving a spacious feeling. The studio includes a fitted kitchen, shower room, WC; mezzanine area and sun terrace. There are fitted carpets throughout and the property is finished and equipped to a very high standard. Please note: At The Cabin, duvets and pillows are provided but please bring your own bottom sheets, pillow cases and double duvet covers. |
