offer the advantage of being situated on LEVEL GROUND just
off the main FORE STREET, adjacent to all amenities. (All
Shops, Pubs, Restaurants and other facilities are based
along Fore and Island Street). If unfamiliar with Salcombe,
note that it is built upon a steep hillside. Brochure descriptions
of properties with 'Estuary Views' or 'Sea Views' often

Duvets are changed
on a regular basis includes a choice
of 4 Tog up to 13 Tog. The linen shelf contains spare duvets,
covers, pillow-cases and bottom sheets but for peace of mind
you might want to bring your own sheets and pillow-cases. Electric blankets are included
for winter use but are rarely, if ever, needed - no frost at water level.
All heating and electrical usage is included in the price
quoted, with all appliances fully compliant with the latest
safety standards.
Please note that we do not provide towels so please bring your own.

own boat moorings can be arranged. Should you have any other
questions or specific needs please enquire. Although based
in Ross-on-Wye I am in Salcombe most weekends and on hand
